In Australia, Maltra Foods has expanded its operation to three facilities, with the fourth opening in 2023. We have over 100+ dedicated staff and thousands of formulations under our belt.
Maltra Foods started in 1997 making drinking chocolate and chai for cafés in St Kilda. Today we partner with retail and foodservice brands across Australia, developing thousands of formulations along the way.

Maltra Foods started in St Kilda in 1997, and we still manufacture in Melbourne at our facilities. Melbourne brands can visit the site, attend production trials and collect stock locally.
