Maltra Foods operates under a Quality Management System that includes a Food Safety Program based on the HACCP principles.
Certifications
- Approved food manufacturing premises complying with the Health Act 1984 (Victoria) that also adopts the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code by reference into regulation. Compliance to these regulations and the Dairy Act 2000 (Vic.) is certified by Dairy Food Safety Victoria and Maltra Foods holds License No. 20415 to manufacture dry blend dairy products.
- Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS) requirements under the Export Control (Processed Food) Orders 2005 are confirmed by DFSV audit. Maltra Foods operates an export registered establishment No. 1403.
